The information below is the fee schedule for Semler Appraisals regarding legal proceedings, including but not limited to:

Appraisal Review	Conferences	Preparation Time
Consultation	Research	Cross Examination
Deposition	Waiting	Expert Witness Testimony
All other activities associated with the support of the legal effort

	$250.00 per hour, 4 hour minimum per day plus expenses, with a half day (four hour) retainer maintained for the duration of the case, payable in advance.
	All travel time, billed door to door at the rate of $100.00 per hour plus $0.50 per mile, or, if travel outside the Dallas area is required, $100.00 per hour plus expenses.
	A non-refundable deposition appearance fee of $1,000.00 due upon scheduling of the deposition date, payable in advance. Canceled or rescheduled deposition dates billed at four hour minimum rate. If canceled with two weeks notice, all monies will be refunded except for a $250.00 cancellation fee. Rescheduled dates will be billed at the four hour minimum rate.
	A non-refundable court appearance fee of $2,000.00 due upon scheduling of the court date, payable in advance. Canceled or rescheduled court dates without two weeks notice billed at eight hour minimum rate.
	Expenses such as photocopying, long distance phone calls, and other incidental expenses.
